Early-bird registration closes 15 September. The registration desk is at the Partenope Congress Centre, Via Partenope 36 — open daily from 08:00.

Where do I collect my badge?
Collect your badge and lanyard at the main hall reception of the Partenope Congress Centre. Your badge is required for access to all rooms.
Is Wi-Fi available on site?
Yes — join the network ICMI2026; the password is sent with your confirmation email. Eduroam is also available on-site.
Will food and coffee be provided?
There is a café in the atrium, and lunch and coffee breaks are included with every registration pass.
